16 Ukrainian IT service and product companies are participating in the international Union initiative, implemented with the support of USAID's Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine. They are all eager to enter new export markets, which will pave the way to the expansion of their scope of activities, garnering new partnerships, and in the long run - developing a steady flow of projects to the Alliance's companies.

During the first stage of the initiative, Finland and Norway were identified as the key markets with the highest interest for partnering. Now the second stage is underway and the B2B meetings with potential partners from Norway and Finland are being held.

Let’s get into the details

As of December 2021, 16 Ukrainian IT companies are participants of the Union. The initiative is nationwide and consists of members from various regions, 56% of which are located in Uzhgorod, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya. The capital - Kyiv, hosts 44% of the companies. 56% of the participating companies are small enterprises with 20 to 100 employees and a quarter has a team of more than 200 workers.

The member-companies of the Union initiative are ALVA Commerce, bvblogic, Cleveroad, Computools, Cprime Studios, DataMix, InBase, Intetics, KindGeek, Mobimill, N-iX, OpenGeeksLab, RNC, Sovtes, Tocan Solutions, and UDS Systems.

2022 will set in motion the third stage of the initiative with further trade activities and the systematization of practices. These essential steps lead to the creation of a sustainable platform for long-term cooperation with companies in Norway and Finland within the framework of the Alliance.

We would like to remind you that Union was launched in September 2020 and is implemented by IT Ukraine Association — with the support of the USAID's Competitive Economy Program, along with the state institution "Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development" and CIVITTA being their partners.
